I think it needed to reach an apex of murmurings from readers who start to blog about it whilst on tour & on Twitter using the hash: GolemandtheJinni which is what I started to do in December, as I was so happily excited to see a happy discussion evolving out of this book I simply adore! I actually wrote a very long and in-depth review on the book, as I expanded into researching the genre it belongs too: Magical Realism!? That led me to a quest to read more Magical Realism as part of my Classics Club project which is a 5 year journey! :) Talk about encouraging and motivating readers!

I completely agree with you on this making a beautiful motion picture, if the production hones in on its essence and draws out its core! If the heart of the story were to remain in tact, I think not a whisper would be spoken until the last scene was revealed! I only wish it were a proper cliffhanger but having word there is a sequel!

I cannot wait to finish reading "The Night Circus!" I started it around Christmas, but the holidays were such a blessing this year, I sort of ran out of the hours to read! I read the opening of it and was "ooh, my dear ghouls!" I cannot wait to see what carries forward! :) Did you blog about it? Maybe I could come back and let you know my impression?

You can see my post over here: A Swirlment of Folklore surging to life in New York City,...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4987722184686660770.post-39219870328099696392014-01-24T10:45:42.197-07:002014-01-24T10:45:42.197-07:00I love the cover of this book and the story sounds...I love the cover of this book and the story sounds so appealing!
